CANCELLATION POLICY

If there is a No Call No Show instance, a charge of 50% of the booked service price will be applied to the card inserted upon booking. This fee will ONLY be applied in this instance, and the card will not be charged otherwise. This is not a form of payment; payments are received at checkout after services are completed. ‼️If you have a gift card, a debit or credit number will still need to be inserted upon booking to secure your appointment as protection of provider’s time. Gift Cards can be used at the time of checkout after services are completed.‼️ I value your understanding as I strive to accomodate all clients efficiently!
