CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, a card on file is required at the time of booking. This card is only charged if the following reservation policy is broken: • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and future appointments will not be permitted. A valid card on file is still required for clients using gift certificates to secure their reservation and is subject to the same cancellation policy.
